(First of all, sorry for my bad english and second, thanks for reading.)

"Marry me in the lake" is a  hand made book. It is a collection of digital reproductions of the sketches drawed by Violeta Lopiz during the wedding of Patricia and Jean as a present for the invitation to the ceremony that happened in Konstanz.

The 28 pictures come in the form of loose-leaf pages to be a true copy of the originals and to use them separatly to decorate or play with them. They are kept in a hard cover, and every cover has a diferent and original drawing done with ink (the same technic that the drawings I did in the wedding) and it indicates the number of the copy and the signature of the artist.

The process is completely handmade and to complete the 50 books has been necessary 15 Kg of papper, 1kg of glue, 1 printer, color blue, color red, 70 meters of webbing, some tools, the music from the Beatles, Lila Downs, Kevin Johansen and a lot of love.

This project has been finished in Wrangelstrasse 21A Berlin, the 15th of Dezember 2012 and sponsored by Klaus Riedle.
